ok. so it has been a while. I know. sorry. So as of yesterday I have lost 40.2 pounds!! It has been a little less than 2 months since my surgery. Still not really changing clothing size since the first time. Dont get it. The past few days I just havent felt like exercising. I do plan on going tonight because I know I need to. So, the other day i tried on a pair of tall boots. And for the first time since ever I was able to fit into them!!!

So, Yesterday I had my 1 week follow up appt from my galbladder surgery. Since I was already there he went ahead and did an adjustment on my band. So now I dont see him for another 4-6 weeks instead of in 2 weeks. So today I met my mini goal #2!! 6 days early. I have a new goal set to lose 20 pounds by 4/12/11. Some NSV (non scale victories) I have achieved. I can now walk in my heals alot longer without them hurting my feet!! I also ran on the treadmill at the gym for 7 minutes. I know that isnt long, but that is alot for me. Also I no longer have to bend over to see the scale. I just look down!! I also as of today have a BMI of 39.7 I am now officially out of the 40s!!! yay!!!

Sorry it has been so long since I have updated. umm where to start. I guess monday 1/31/11 I had my galbladder removed. That was fun!! Friday morning I finally woke up and was able to function. YAY!! so now Im back to the gym!! hated not exercising. This is week 9 of my diet and it has been 5 weeks since my surgery, I am down 36 pounds and 12.45 inches!! only 1.8 pounds to lose till I meet a mini goal. I gave myself until 2/14. I am pretty sure I will do it! Last night I went to the LoCal Cafe in Bethalto, love it!! i got a protien pancake for breakfast this morning. pretty good. I need to pick up some protein powder to start adding to a meal or 2 a day incase I dont get all my protein in a day. if anyone has any question please do not hesitate to ask.
