So I had my first fill today. I am 28 days post op. I was kinda freaked out about it. But it was pretty easy. (below is a video of how it is done) As of their scale in 3 weeks I have lost 7 pounds. 2.3 pounds a week. I dont know if it is because I am hungry today since I have not eaten, but I still dont feel different. I didnt feel full when I ate dinner. But it was the first thing I ate today. I dont know. I guess we'll see tomorrow.
