So I have a few big pieces of info to post!! First off, I have not been able to get under 196.2 for the last 2 1/2 months. Saturday I was 194.8!! Completely skipped the 195's. Today I am 193.6. I am 1.2 pounds away from losing 100 pounds!! So excited! ALSO!!! As of today I am now in the overweight category of the BMI scale. No longer severly obese or obese!!! When I started I was 45.2 BMI, now 10 months (10/27 will be 10 months) later I now have a 29.9 BMI! I also wanted to say thank you to my new followers. I do this to keep myself accountable but I can help someone out in the process that makes it all the much better!

back to basics
Im getting tired of this stall im in. SO, back to basics we go. I havent been eating the best so, that will be the first Ill be fixing. And I am upping my exercising. Been slacking there too. Made a new recipe yesterday. I have always liked those toster scramblers, so I decided to make a healthy version!! I used 6 sheets of phyllo dough, turkey sausage, egg whites, and fat free cheese. It needs less egg and more cheese, but it is still good!! I only eat 1/2 at a time. there just to big!! For 1 whole one it is 139 calories, 1.9g fat, 20mg cholesterol, 600mg sodium, 10g carbs, 19.9g protein. Not to bad if I say so myself!!
