I picked up some of those Tyson cooked chicken breasts the other day. I decited to make some for lunch today. So 1 serving is 3oz. I wanted a little more so I did 4.5 oz. 1 1/2 serving. Then defrosted for 20 sec in microwave and sauted a bit with pam. broke up the pieces and added about a 1/2 tbs of teriaki sauce with about 2 tbs of water. mixed and ate!! YUMMY! and WOW look at the nutritional values!!

In other news, I am now down to 189.8 today. I havent been in the 180s in almost 10 years! Hard to believe. have lost 35.09% of my body weight. Lost 102.6 pounds.
